About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Project Lead to join our team on a long-term contract basis. As an expert in asset projects, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including design, development, and implementation
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Liaise with clients to clarify their requirements and ensure project deliverables meet expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project quality, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the Oil & Gas or energy sectors
  • Chartered Engineer status or working towards it
  • Membership of a Project Management Institute (APM, PMI, etc.) or working towards it
