As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, managing projects, and acting as the primary client contact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective paid media strategies to drive business growth and meet client objectives.
  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communication, approvals, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the team on tasks such as SEO initiatives, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Plan, implement, and manage effective marketing strategies for client accounts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media buying (Google Ads & Meta Ads).
  • At least 1 year of account management experience, with direct client interaction and strategy development responsibilities.
  • Experience in overseeing and reporting on SEO campaigns.
  • Ideal candidate would also have some experience with Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Skills
  • Strong English skills, with copywriting ability and an eye for design.
  • Creative yet analytical, with a track record of generating innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • High-level knowledge of Google Analytics and other third-party analytics platforms.
  • Experienced in utilizing CRMs to manage client data, enhance client communication, and optimize marketing strategies.
