Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Law Specialist to join our team at Chadwick Nott. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to work on complex and rewarding matters across the full spectrum of commercial property law.
About the Role
As a Property Law Specialist, you will be responsible for managing an agreed caseload, working and learning alongside senior individuals on complex matters, and providing bespoke solutions to a range of clients. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced environment and work on a market-leading caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an agreed caseload of complex commercial property matters
- Work and learn alongside senior individuals on high-profile cases
- Provide tailored solutions to clients across a range of sectors
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong understanding of commercial property law
- The ability to work on complex and rewarding matters
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 2-4 years of PQE experience

Salary and Benefits
This is a permanent and full-time position with a salary of £52,000 - £65,000 per annum. Located in Gatwick, West Sussex, you will have access to excellent transportation links and a range of amenities.
