Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing presentations and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
