**Job Title:** Clinical Support Manager

 

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Support Manager to join our team at Domus Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to lead and manage a team of professionals in delivering high-quality care services to the elderly.

 

The successful candidate will have a strong background in home management and supervisory roles, with a proven track record of achieving high-quality standards of care and service. You will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage people and resources effectively.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Take overall responsibility for site leadership, ensuring that our care homes meet the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Manage people and resources to deliver high-quality standards of care and service, meeting regulatory, contractual, and company standards.
  • Provide operational support and management to existing site leadership where additional support is required.
  • Lead and manage employees and resources to achieve high standards of service within the home, exceeding regulatory standards.
  • Manage the budget of the home and ensure the business remains viable, meeting and exceeding key performance indicators for people, quality, and performance.

 

**Requirements:

  • Previous successful home management and supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of CQC, increasing occupancy, reducing agency.
