Key Responsibilities:
- Provide housing management and related support to a caseload of residents, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the best possible service.
- Monitor rent accounts, taking early intervention to prevent arrears and ensuring regular payments.
- Collaborate with our facilities, property management, and community operations teams to deliver an optimal service to residents.
- Conduct Outcome Star assessments and create action plans tailored to residents' needs, helping them progress towards independent living.
- Support residents in engaging with progression activities and moving on to high-quality accommodation.
- Ensure compliance with tenancy and license conditions, addressing any anti-social behaviour and maintaining accurate records in our data management system.
Requirements:
- Graduate standard of education, with a Housing Diploma or related qualification desirable.
- Experience in face-to-face support roles within supported housing, social work, or similar fields.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of vulnerable individuals at different support levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advocate, negotiate, and mediate.
- Good organisational skills and proficiency in IT.
- Understanding and sympathy with our company's vision and mission.
- Able to work a shift pattern that includes evenings and weekends.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
