We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout our resort.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of Housekeeping staff, allocating tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient operation of the department.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and spot checks to ensure that all areas of the resort meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Undertake cleaning duties as required, including deep cleaning and special projects, to ensure that all areas of the resort are clean and well-maintained.
- Reporting and Follow-up: Identify and report any maintenance defects or other issues, and follow up to ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Stock Control and Equipment Maintenance: Manage and maintain stock levels and equipment to ensure that the department has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
- Guest Service: Provide excellent guest service, including VIP and special requirements, to ensure that our guests have a positive experience at our resort.
- Brand Standards: Ensure that all areas of the resort meet our brand standards at all times.
- Positive Attitude and Communication Skills: Possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
- Quality Standards: Be committed to delivering consistently high levels of quality standards of work and customer service.
- Grooming Standards: Maintain excellent grooming standards at all times.
- Team Management Experience: Have a successful track record of working with and managing a team, ideally using a coaching style to ensure consistently high standards.
- Organizational and Analytical Skills: Possess strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Have strong communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
- Computer Skills: Be proficient with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a Similar Position: Have experience in a similar position, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.
