Main Responsibilities:

- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to every customer, every time, in every store.
- Prepare and cook all menu items in line with demand and to a high standard, ensuring that every customer receives a great dining experience.
- Leadership - great communication and role modelling to develop a high performing team that is passionate about delivering great customer service and food quality.

- Promote high standards of Food Hygiene and ensure Health and Safety standards are met at all times by ensuring your team follows the companies policies and procedures to safe guard the wellbeing of our teams, customers and contractors.
- Drive Store performance to ensure key targets and budgets are achieved, working closely with the Operations Manager to maximize the turnover and profitability of the business in an ethical and rewarding manner.
