Main Responsibilities:

As a Fish & Chip Superhero, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team in our South & West stores. Your key duties will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers;
  • Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard in line with demand;
  • Developing a high-performing team through great communication and role modeling;
  • Promoting high standards of food hygiene and ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times;
  • Driving store performance to ensure key targets and budgets are achieved;
