The Financial Transactions Coordinator position at Venn Group requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage financial transactions, chase debtors, and maintain accurate records.

**Job Description:**

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Financial Transactions Coordinator and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Manage financial transactions, including cash, receipts, and refunds, in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Chase debtors to ensure timely payment of outstanding debts
  3. Maintain accurate records, including databases and spreadsheets, to track payments and debtors
  4. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and provide information
  5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and effective decision-making

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Financial Transactions Coordinator or Credit Controller
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Good knowledge of financial systems and software
  • Estimate Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum

**Benefits:

  • 6-month fixed term contract
  • 37.5 hours per week, hybrid/remote benefits
