Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Cleaner to join our team at Just Ask Estate Services, part of the Nexgen Group. As an award-winning provider of professional Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance services, we recognize the importance of investing in our people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
  • Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
  • Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
  • Hovering of carpeted areas
  • Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
  • Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
  • Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels
  • Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
Requirements:
  • Previous cleaning experience is essential
  • Full Clean Manual UK Driving Licence is required, but vehicle provided
  • IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
