Job Description:

Three UK is a pioneering mobile network that connects lives and enriches experiences. As a Change Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operational readiness across our Contact Centre operations. Your responsibilities will include chairing and managing our Change Review Board to engage stakeholders, allocate resources, plan, track delivery, assess impact, and ensure contact centre operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chair and manage our Change Review Board to ensure Contact Centre operational readiness
  • Engage stakeholders, allocate resources, plan, track delivery, and assess impact
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including our Contact Centre Partner in India, to implement changes effectively and realize benefits
