**Job Summary**

Network Rail is seeking a skilled Reliability and Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on asset performance, reliability, productivity, efficiency, and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Monitor and report on a programme of assurance, staff surveillance, work quality, and asset condition checks. Compile periodic reports and analyse trends to make recommendations for improvement.

2. Monitor and report on asset performance, reliability, work productivity, and efficiency. Compile reports and analyse trends to make recommendations for improvement.

3. Monitor the progression and close-out of Non-Conformance Reports within agreed timescales.

4. Manage the process to submit, monitor, and close out Non-Compliances.

5. Assist in the investigation of incidents and performance/compliance-related failures.

**Requirements**

Essential:

Knowledge of engineering discipline

Knowledge of maintenance delivery processes and techniques

Knowledge of assurance and compliance processes

Knowledge of relevant standards and procedures

Knowledge of investigation processes and techniques

Good analytical skills

Good interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organisation skills

Desirable:

Good knowledge of railway operating rules and regulations

Good risk assessment/loss control knowledge

Knowledge of asset reliability improvement and monitoring techniques

Auditor qualification
