Job Title: Maintenance and Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering engineering solutions that maximize productivity, reliability, innovation, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance and reliability solutions to meet business requirements
  • Lead/participate in failure mode effects analysis of critical assets and key systems
  • Apply root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve issues
  • Effectively manage stakeholders and engage with others to drive improvements
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and business improvement
  • Expand your engineering skills and experience relevant to the engineering domain
  • Use KPIs to measure performance and ensure work remains on track
Requirements:
  • A recognized engineering-related qualification (NVQ level 4/HNC ideal) and a strong maintenance engineering background
  • The ability to solve technical problems and make decisions to rectify
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to report on technical requirements and modifications
  • Knowledge and experience of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems would be beneficial
