About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, optimizing, and supporting a product family supplied into the rail sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and optimize product family strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and engineering, to develop and execute product strategies.
  • Translate market analysis into new product ideas and technical solutions.
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and product launches.
  • Provide product training and support to internal teams, customers, and distribution partners.
  • Collaborate with the global product management team to drive regional product strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a product management or similar role in the rail sector or with products featuring electronics, control systems, software, or automation.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, from concept to launch.
  • Ability to interpret market research and customer insights to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
