Job Summary

As a Technical Consultant Data Specialist at KP Snacks, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of legal and policy compliant products. Your responsibilities will include providing effective technical support for project delivery, collaborating with the Technical Legislation team, and ensuring compliance with UK and EU legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver legal and policy compliant products and labelling for brands sold in the UK, EU, and export markets.
  • Provide technical support for project delivery, including new product launches, range redesigns, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Legislation team to deliver the implementation of the new Intersnack recipe management system, Optiva.
  • Ensure compliance with UK and EU legislation, including food law and labelling, allergens, and health and nutrition claims.
  • Provide advice and approval of artwork designs, advertising materials, and nutrition calculations.

Requirements
  • Degree in science, food science, or nutrition.
  • Detailed knowledge of UK and EU legislation.
  • Detailed knowledge of KPSnacks/Intersnack Group policies and customer policies and COPs.
