About Avocet Court Care Home:
- Situated in Ipswich, our 115-bedroom Avocet Court Care Home is surrounded by beautiful gardens, providing a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.
This role involves working as part of a dedicated team to provide exceptional standards of care to our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring that each resident receives the highest level of care and support, tailored to their individual needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to residents, assessing their needs and implementing care plans accordingly.
- Participate in meaningful activities with residents, promoting person-centred care and improving their overall well-being.
- Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that care plans are up-to-date and effective.
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our residents.
- Experience in a care setting, preferably with an NVQ/QCF Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Competitive salary: £44 per hour.
- 28 days' holiday per year, including bank holidays.
