- Liaising between Head Office, external IT support, and internal customers

The successful candidate will have:
- Knowledge of AD, Active Directory
- Knowledge of Networking
- Diploma or Degree in an IT-related field
- Understanding of Hardware, building PCs
- Working knowledge of Firewalls
- Basic knowledge of SAN and access points
- Understanding of Internet service providers
- Audit all IT systems to ensure they are current and compliant
- Support in achieving internal IT accreditation
- Ensure all IT policies are current, implemented, and compliant with company standards and latest legislation
- Working knowledge of Office 365 and IP phones
- Working knowledge of Android and iOS devices
- Involvement in completing secure questionnaires as required
