Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Kameo Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and growing revenue through the development of DACH, Nordics, and Eastern Europe territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research target accounts for our business product range.
- Carry out high-quality prospecting of senior executives via telephone, email, and social platforms to generate new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute prospecting activities and promotion around new product launches, events, and initiatives.
- Qualify and progress new sales opportunities, following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities.
- Ensure that all quotations and partner referrals are followed through to purchase order.
- Manage renewals of existing Professional Services contracts.
- Understand customer needs to correctly specify products from our business range.
- Host face-to-face customer meetings at events and visiting reseller sales floors.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed in technology sales and advance to field sales roles.
- Proven experience working in a B2B sales environment.
- The ability to gain prospects' attention through unique and insightful contact using telephone, email, and other communication tools.
- Demonstrate the confidence, persistence, and curiosity required for sales development.
- Extremely organized and capable of prioritizing and managing your time effectively.
- Fully utilize CRM and other technology tools to maximize effectiveness.
- A positive team player with excellent communication skills and telephone presence.
- Self-motivated, being able to work on your own and willing to stretch beyond office hours from time to time.
- German speaking (essential).
