About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our Adult Eating Disorders Service in Durham Teesside.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our multi-disciplinary team in the Adult eating disorder service community team, which provides specialist care across Teesside, Darlington, County Durham, North Yorkshire, and the Vale of York.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision in the specialist field of Eating Disorders
  • Participate in policy development, audit, research activities, pathway development, staff and student training
  • Work alongside several dietitians and nutritionists across the area of adult eating disorders
Requirements
  • Substantial clinical experience in own specialist area
  • Participation in research and development
  • Substantial experience in clinical supervision of staff
  • Substantial experience in design and delivery of training
Desirable Qualifications
  • M.Sc. in a health-related subject
  • Certificate in Food Hygiene
  • Trust training in Appraisal and Recruitment
  • Trust QIS (Quality Improvement System) for Leaders
  • Numeracy, Literacy and ITQ level 2
  • Member of the British Dietetic Association and relevant British Dietetic Association specialist group
