Job Description:

Daniel Owen Ltd seeks a Senior Bid Coordinator to manage and coordinate submissions, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. As a key member of the team, you will develop internal and external relationships, collaborate with Estimating, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement submission strategies to meet client and job-specific requirements
  2. Build and maintain internal and external relationships to support the bid process and identify opportunities
  3. Manage and oversee the planning, management, and completion of high-quality submissions
  4. Collaborate with Estimating to allocate adequate resources and ensure project success
  5. Monitor and report on win-loss rates, gather feedback, and create action plans for improvement
  6. Optimize price and quality synergy in tenders through effective liaison with Estimators
  7. Maintain accurate records of tender deadlines, expectations, and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Educated to A Level Standard
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proven track record of bid management throughout the full bid life cycle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of construction industry knowledge and social housing expertise

We offer a competitive salary of £74,000 - £96,000 per annum, plus benefits, for this challenging and rewarding role.
