Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a pharmacy technician lead, playing a crucial role in the smooth operation of our clinic, ensuring a high standard of patient care, managing queries, and supporting clinical and administrative teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of pharmacy technicians to deliver high-quality patient care, manage queries, and support clinical and administrative teams.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Collaborating with senior clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Providing expert advice on medicinal cannabis products and treatments.

Requirements:

  • A pharmacy technician qualification (NVQ level 3 equivalent) along with primary care experience and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
