Job Title: Senior Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced quality professional to lead our quality department for Formula 1 and Defence/Aerospace OEMs, ensuring high-quality standards are delivered.

This role is part of a brand new senior leadership team responsible for delivering high-quality standards expected by customers, closely collaborating with onsite production teams.

The successful candidate will lead a team of quality supervisors, inspectors, and technicians, providing training and coaching to develop their skills in line with company requirements.

Closely working with onsite production teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality function, ensuring high-quality standards are delivered
  • Train and coach team members to develop their skills
  • Closely collaborate with onsite production teams to meet quality standards

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
