We are seeking an experienced Pipework Contracts Manager to join our Operations team in Grimsby. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for project direction, ensuring consistency with company strategy and objectives. You will also be responsible for retaining existing and developing new business opportunities to provide a continuous pipeline of revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clear direction on project quality requirements.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of work scopes.
  • Manage project budget, ensuring accurate accounting, costing, and billing.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and manage project change.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in piping fabrication and installation.
  • Demonstrable experience of a similar role.
  • Evidence of work winning.
  • Proven track record of securing a new client base and managing an existing client portfolio.
Competencies:
  • Flexibility to navigate ambiguity and effectively manage changing priorities.
  • Excellent time management, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to recognise customer's requirements.
