Exams Timetabling Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Exam Timetabling Officer to join our team at Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the logistical aspects of written exams and assessments on Moodle and digital examinations through SPIRE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate exam timetables and logistical aspects of written exams
- Work closely with the programme manager, project manager, and assessments team to ensure the delivery of exams timetables
- Take a lead role in process improvement activities and support key project work
- Coordinate exams in a timely manner and balance competing demands
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing exams timetables successfully
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a project environment and shape/enhance existing exam timetabling processes
- Experience working with Scientia exam scheduler software is highly advantageous
