Care Home Lead

**Estimated Salary:** £40,800 + bonus scheme

We are seeking an experienced Care Home Lead to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing care homes for vulnerable individuals and a strong understanding of the CQC inspection framework. They will work collaboratively with staff and other professionals to promote the welfare of all individuals and ensure high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of carers to deliver excellent care services.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet individual needs.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the CQC inspection framework and registration process.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver excellent care outcomes.
