About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Resort Development Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, developing and expanding our product portfolio, creating and maintaining supplier relationships and contracting new properties across a range of destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysing and developing the product portfolio to meet quality, quantity and revenue-based targets.
  • Maintaining and updating contracts, products and supplier details on in-house systems.
  • Negotiating prices and value-added/tactical offers with suppliers.
  • Loading product information onto in-house systems, including writing copy and sourcing images.
  • Photography of properties and areas for product marketing.
  • Training and assisting the Reservations Team with queries.
Requirements
  • A graduate caliber with a strong analytical and administrative background.
  • Excellent negotiating and communication skills, with experience in the villa industry.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to maximise opportunities and bring contacts to key destinations.
  • Possesses creativity and attention to detail, with excellent written and photographic skills.
