Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at Connells Group in Rochford.

About the Role

The main purpose of this role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales, and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be responsible for optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings

Requirements
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
