We're seeking a skilled Experienced JavaScript Developer to join our Code team, focusing on building and supporting internal and external web applications, APIs, and tools to aid our game engine team.

About the role:

  • Design, build, and deploy web applications to support our in-house engine team.
  • Maintain and improve existing tools.
  • Develop integrations with third-party APIs.
  • Support application deployments.
  • Communicate with other teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience with NodeJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • A knowledge of frontend frameworks like Vue and React.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL and noSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with AWS or equivalent cloud environments.
  • Experience with software development tools and version control systems (Git/Perforce desirable).
  • Demonstrated capacity to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Comfortable modifying/maintaining applications written in other languages (such as PHP) is desirable.
  • Experience writing serverless functions (AWS Lambda/Azure Functions) is a bonus.
