We are currently seeking a non-executive director to join our Board of Management. As a member of our Board, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization and contributing to our mission.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the social housing sector and a passion for governance. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, ensuring effective decision-making, and promoting good governance practices within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a non-executive director, you will:

  • Provide strategic guidance and advice to the senior management team
  • Contribute to effective decision-making and ensure good governance practices
  • Represent the organization at external events and meetings
  • Work closely with other members of the Board to develop and implement strategies

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus reasonable travel expenses and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
