Deliver exceptional administrative support to our veterinary practices as a Senior Veterinary Administration Specialist.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Administrator to join our team at the CVS Group Plc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our veterinary practices, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality client care.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a veterinary administration role, with a strong focus on customer service and administrative efficiency. They will be confident in their ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage debt recovery and reconcile practice finances
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records
  • Run weekly reports and take action to control debt levels
  • Provide administrative support to the Practice Management team
  • Ensure compliance with Healthy & Safety and COSHH regulations
  • Maintain the practice premises and provide a safe environment for employees and clients
