About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Scientist to join our team at Saur EUROPE. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial water treatment, with experience in municipal, power generation, petrochemical, or food and beverage processes. You will be responsible for managing health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as conducting process performance monitoring and technical guidance to ensure efficient and reliable operation of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct process investigations, surveys, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues affecting process performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvement plans to optimize treatment efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with our Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our clients, including training and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills to operate their facilities effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and initiatives, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as water treatment engineering or chemistry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial water treatment, with a strong background in municipal, power generation, petrochemical, or food and beverage processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
