- Hold a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Health and Social Care or be willing to undertake a vocational training program
- Have experience working with older adults, preferably in a care setting
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Free diploma training from level 2 to level 5
