About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Consultant to join our team in London. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with clients to deliver business transformation projects, leveraging your expertise in business intelligence and process design.

As a Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting managers with client evaluations of Business Intelligence solutions, providing information and demonstrations to help them assess fit for their business. You will also work on building reports, dashboards, and scorecards using various tools, ensuring effective data visualization and communication.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Your strong written and oral communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with internal and external resources at all organizational levels.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic record: preferably with a relevant or business-focused degree (such as business, data analytics, computer science, or information systems) degree
  • An established portfolio of work experience, post qualification, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Proven ability to understand and assess client requirements/issues, consider and analyze the impact, and propose solutions to address these
  • Must be a team player, able to work in virtual teams and independently
  • Proactive, organized, and self-motivated
  • High proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint

Desirable Skills:

  • Finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT)
  • Understanding of what Finance process design 'good looks like'
  • Experience of working on Finance transformation projects
  • Experience with methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience of Finance process design
  • Experience in formal data quality assessments
  • Experience in defining and managing master data and business metadata
  • Experience with Power BI for data modeling and creating reports and visualizations
  • Knowledge of Alteryx
  • Knowledge of data analysis programming languages R, Python
