As a Consultant or Senior Consultant at Proudfoot, you will be at the forefront of delivering transformative projects. You'll guide and direct junior consultants and client members, managing workstreams through the entire project lifecycle.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Delivery: Accountable for delivering results for one or more workstreams on a project.
  • Collaboration: Work with client staff to identify performance gaps and develop solutions.
  • Implementation: Manage implementation, audit results, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Training and Development: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to equip clients with the skills needed for sustainable changes.
  • Relationship Building: Develop results-based relationships with client personnel, actively seeking opportunities for cross-selling and additional work.

Skills and Experience:

  • A solid background within consulting and ideally five years + in a supervisory or management role.
  • Experience in Mining / Smelting.
  • Prior experience in several of the following disciplines: engineering, supply chain management, logistics, training and education, organisational development, financial analytics, informational technology.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and an uncanny ability to communicate a story and business case through analytics and on-the-ground observations.
  • The ability and confidence to lead clients through all phases of a consulting project, including Analytics, Solution Design, and Implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage employees, client staff, and project costs effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%, with the possibility of rotation for periods of up to one month.
  • Excellence with MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in English is the minimum requirement; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
