Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Professional
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Healthcare Professional to join our team at Spire Cardiff Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
- Deliver care to meet individuals' health and wellbeing needs.
- Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
