Job Description

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Lead Trainer to join their Manchester training centre. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and mentoring junior trainers.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the gas industry, particularly in service or mains laying. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress into a lead role where they will have autonomy over the training centre's operations. The organisation is going through a period of growth, having recently invested significantly in their training infrastructure.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for gas industry professionals
  • Mentoring and coaching junior trainers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless training delivery
