Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with Reed.co.uk's strategic objectives.
  • Maximise revenue generation by optimising sales processes and representing the Commercial team's performance at senior level.
  • Build and mentor a best-in-class Commercial team, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Implement a customer-centric approach, enhancing customer retention and accelerating acquisition.
  • Utilise data to inform business decisions, trends, and forecasts.
  • Evaluate and develop new commercial opportunities in the recruitment space.
Requirements
  1. Sales Success: Proven success in leading sales teams to achieve targets and grow a customer base.
  2. Commercial Leadership: Demonstrable leadership experience managing high-performing commercial teams.
  3. Strategic Mindset: Expertise in creating and delivering multi-channel commercial strategies.
  4. Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  5. Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to shape the company's future direction.

The salary for this position is £80,000 - £105,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
