Head of Commercial Expansion

Hartmann Young is a growing mid-sized CRO with ambitious expansion plans for 2025. We are seeking a Head of Commercial Expansion to lead our business development efforts in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue growth targets, focusing on building strong client relationships and expanding the company's presence in the clinical research market.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering collaboration and success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive company growth.
- Maintain a competitive edge by monitoring market trends and positioning Hartmann Young as a preferred partner in the CRO space.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in business development within the CRO space.
- A strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle, CRO services, and clinical trials.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully leading strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to guide teams to achieve set goals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree within a related Life Sciences or Business field and be passionate about innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
