Job Description

Hartmann Young is a growing mid-sized CRO with ambitious expansion plans for 2025. We are seeking a Head of Commercial Expansion to lead our business development efforts in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue growth targets, focusing on building strong client relationships and expanding the company's presence in the clinical research market.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering collaboration and success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive company growth.
  • Maintain a competitive edge by monitoring market trends and positioning Hartmann Young as a preferred partner in the CRO space.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in business development within the CRO space.
  • A strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle, CRO services, and clinical trials.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully leading strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to guide teams to achieve set goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree within a related Life Sciences or Business field and be passionate about innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
