About the Role

We are looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team at HCRG Staffing. As a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with young people, families, and professionals to provide specialist support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective therapeutic plans to address the complex needs of young people.
  • Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and agencies to ensure a joined-up approach to support and treatment.
  • Communicate complex information to young people, their families, and professionals in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client progress and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of new policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or social work.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
