Sales and Partnership Executive

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Partnership Executive to join our New Borrower sales team. As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you will be the face of Funding Circle to our new customers, working to ensure small businesses have an exceptional experience in getting the funding they need.
Our salary package includes £37,800, comprising £30,000 + £7,800 OTE. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the businesses that borrow through our platform, the communities they serve, and the overall economy. Our award-winning multi-product platform is solving more SME finance challenges than ever before.
The role involves:
- Pitching the Funding Circle proposition against alternative funding options available, establishing instant rapport with customers via telephone & email.
- Managing a high-volume pipeline, supporting clients through each stage of creating an application, and being responsible for your own monthly target.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in sales or service environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage with small business owners.
- Proactivity and a desire to develop your career, taking onboard feedback and continuous development.
