Join Our Team as a Residential Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Team Leader at Branas Isaf Children's Service, part of the CareTech Group. As a Residential Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our children and young people towards a brighter future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and support to our children and young people
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Work closely with our therapy and education teams to ensure a holistic approach to care
  • Manage and maintain a safe and healthy environment for our young people
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless transitions and support

Requirements:

  • 1-year experience in residential childcare plus Level 3 Children & Young People Award or equivalent
  • Experience of working within and leading a team
  • Driver (company provide a car during working hours)
  • Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends)
  • Willing and able to be part of Management on call system
