Job Title: Residential Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at Branas Isaf Children's Service, part of the CareTech Group. As a Residential Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our children and young people to thrive in a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of residential care staff to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and support
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice in residential care

Requirements:

  • 1-year experience in residential childcare, plus Level 3 Children & Young People Award or equivalent
  • Experience of working within and leading a team
  • Driver (company provide a car during working hours)
  • Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends)
  • Willing and able to be part of Management on call system
