About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lift Service Engineer to join our team at Orona UK. As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts and elevators in the Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure the optimal performance of our lifts and elevators.
  • Meet agreed customer response times and build strong relationships with our clients through excellent customer service.
  • Provide regular updates to the Service Supervisor/Service Manager on the status of maintenance and service activities.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and work independently to find solutions.
Requirements
  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience working with lifts and elevators.
  • Strong customer service skills and a valid UK driving license.
  • Excellent health and safety knowledge and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
