About the Role
As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for overseeing our tutors and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, individualised educational experience for each student. Our dedicated tutors provide personalised education to students with various Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The successful candidate will lead our team in delivering bespoke tuition and therapeutic education to young people who are unable to access mainstream education. You will guide our team in providing 1:1 and 2:1 support in various settings throughout the UK. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £48,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of Harlow, Essex.

In addition to your teaching expertise, we are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate our team. You will be based at our Head Office but expected to travel regularly to meet with our tutors in various locations.
