Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team on a retaining wall project for a retail project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction site and ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Supervise and train site staff, including laborers and tradespeople.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the project is delivered within budget.
- Ensure that all site documentation, including health and safety records and quality control reports, are up to date and accurate.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid CSCS card.
- Hold a valid SMSTS certificate.
- Hold a valid 3 Day First Aid at Work certificate.
- Hold a valid Asbestos Awareness certificate.
- Hold a valid Full PPE certificate.
Working Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Rate: £280 per shift
