Sales Team Member

We are seeking a Sales Team Member to join our team at Rohan. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and sales support to customers
- Ensure the stockrooms are maintained to a high standard and the shop is clean, neat and tidy at all times
- Be capable of clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Be an excellent timekeeper and have full awareness of security issues
- Give advice and suggestions where necessary and engage with the customer to make them feel welcome
Requirements:
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, gained within a retail environment, ideally within the outdoor industry
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
- Good selling skills, well presented and flexible
- Interest in the outdoors preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills and IT literate
- Friendly and outgoing personality, approachable and able to work as part of a team
