Job Responsibilities

As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic PR campaigns to promote Astronergy Solar's brand and products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and industry associations
  • Crafting compelling press releases, media alerts, and communication materials
  • Organizing and overseeing press events, launches, and media tours
  • Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of PR campaigns
  • Serving as a spokesperson to present Astronergy Solar's company, products, commitments, and ESG efforts
  • Aligning with other departments to ensure consistent messaging
  • Providing support for crisis management

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Minimum of four years of professional PR experience
  • Result-driven, time management, and project management skills
  • Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful public relations campaigns for public companies in the renewable energy industry
  • Prior journalism/PR agency experience is a strong plus
  • Enthusiasm and knowledge about the solar power industry are preferred
  • A strong network of energy media contacts or energy industry associations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines
  • MS Office
  • Expert in English, fluent in French or German, an additional EU language is a plus
