Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing: Manage website content, create engaging presentations, and develop a social media strategy to promote our business.
  • Branding: Ensure consistency in message, theme, and appearance across all marketing materials.
  • Literature: Liaise with suppliers to design and produce printed literature in support of the commercial team.
  • Event Planning: Plan and deliver trade shows, corporate events, and company socials to promote our business.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule and attend management meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes.
  • Report Writing: Develop and analyze reports to inform business decisions.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Travel and Expenses: Make travel and hotel arrangements, and prepare expenses for reimbursement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree at university level in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant marketing experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
