General Foreman Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Foreman to join our Construction team at MWH Treatment, working on our reedbed programme in the Severn Trent region.

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Senior Site Manager and play a crucial role in coordinating site activities on smaller projects, ensuring compliance with HSQE, programme, and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and controlling initial site set-up, installing framework systems and procedures in conjunction with the Site Manager.
  • Applying and enforcing methods and controls to optimize the use of resources, ensuring effective and continuous use of frameworks.
  • Assessing security risks to all property under your control and implementing security measures commensurate to the relative values, in conjunction with the Site Manager.
  • Supporting the Site Manager in maintaining and enforcing safety standards, as required by statute and in accordance with our safety policies.
  • Working to method statements and risk assessments to ensure compliance with all HS&E policies and procedures.
